Premium check-up

Prevention at the highest level

The premium check is comprehensive diagnostics that can optionally be extended according to symptoms and age. For optimal prevention it is best performed annually.

  • Comprehensive laboratory tests beyond the standard panel, e.g. differential blood count, iron metabolism including ferritin, amino-acid profile, fatty-acid status, vitamins, minerals, trace elements in whole blood, redox status, glutathione, mitochondrial performance and hormone status.
  • Additional analyses such as tumour markers or genetic risk factors if needed.
  • Vaccination status, lung-function testing, and high-resolution ultrasound of the heart, carotid arteries, thyroid and abdominal organs including the aorta.
  • Detailed assessment of circulatory function with Cardisiography, exercise ECG, pulse-wave analysis, heart-rate variability, body composition and optional stress echocardiography.

A detailed discussion of the results completes the check-up.

Who the premium check-up is for

The check-up is for patients who want screening beyond a basic programme — for example with a complex history, high occupational strain, or prior findings that suggest broader laboratory work.

How the appointment runs

After a structured conversation come blood sampling and the agreed examinations, usually over one or two visits. Fasting may be required for part of the laboratory work; we say so when booking. Discussing the results is a fixed part of the offering, not optional.

Costs and reimbursement

Costs start at about EUR 600 and depend on the chosen scope. Statutory health insurance covers only about EUR 30; the remainder is a self-pay service. Private health insurance usually covers 100%, depending on your contract.
