Burnout check
Placing burnout in a measurable differential diagnosis
The examinations cover several health-relevant levels, including physical performance, metabolic function, cellular and mitochondrial function, nutrient status (vitamins, trace elements, minerals in whole blood, amino acids, cofactors, omega-3), oxidation, nitrosative stress, neurotransmitter and stress-hormone status, and physical, mental, emotional, occupational and social aspects. The aim is a reliable assessment, not a promise of a particular recovery.
First rule out organic causes
Exhaustion, poor concentration, sleep problems or falling performance can express a burnout syndrome. Iron deficiency, thyroid or adrenal disorders, glucose metabolism, and heart or lung disease can look similar. These possibilities are checked before a purely psychological label is applied.

When a cause is found
Next steps follow the findings. Conventional treatment, orthomolecular support, exercise or nutrition advice, or collaboration with physiotherapy, osteopathy and psychosomatic care may be part of the plan. There is no uniform course and no promise of a particular recovery.
